When will my order ship?

Our team is focused on getting your Carepods to you as soon as possible. During normal times, we typically ship 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During the times that Carepod is unexpectedly out of stock and/or is open for pre-order, an updated expected shipping date will be shown on the product page. 

You will receive an additional notification email once your order has finally shipped. 

Will my order shipping time change during the holidays?

Our guidelines above are for all customers in continental US, Canada and Australia.

Please note that shipping traffic is especially high domestically and internationally during the holiday seasons. Local couriers may encounter unexpected issues that can be difficult to account for. For that reason, we recommend placing your holiday orders as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

Carepod currently ships to the following countries;

 • United States (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
 • Canada (Duties & Fees Pre-paid - No Surprise Costs!)
 • Australia

We don't have specific timing on shipping to other countries just yet, but hope to offer that to customers soon!

How do I get a new return label?

E-mail us at support@hellocarepod.com to receive a new return label.(for US residents only) Make sure to include "Return Label for Order No." and your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.

How do I return my order?

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your products. To return your order, e-mail us at support@hellocarepod.com with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.

When will I see my refund?

Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5 - 7 days after we've received and processed your return.

How do I track my order?

Go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped. Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an e-mail with your tracking information so you'll have it on hand.
